Laparoscopic right radical nephrectomy
Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure and is in practice since 1992 in USA. We describe the novel technique of this procedure with an added advantage. Controlling renal vessels first at the hilum with lymphadenectomy is our principle of surgery.
