Postoperative Curvature Loss in Three‐Level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion With Zero‐Profile Device

open access: yesOrthopaedic Surgery, Volume 18, Issue 9, Page 1819-1827, September 2026.
This study focused on postoperative curvature loss (PCL) for three‐level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) with Zero‐Profile device. Lower preoperative curvature and preoperative T1 slope were predictive factors of PCL. Postoperative change of TPE distance and T1 slope were risk factors. PCL may impair patients' quality of life.
