Radio Continuum Emission from the Nuclei of Normal Galaxies [PDF]
During the last few years detailed and sensitive observations of the radio emission from the nuclei of many normal spiral galaxies has become available. Observations from the Very Large Array (VLA) of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO1), in particular, enable us to distinguish details on a scale of ≤100 pc for galaxies at distances less ...

RADIO-CONTINUUM EMISSION FROM STELLAR FLOWS IN LOW MASS STARS
Young stars of low masses frequently show continuum emission in radio frequencies. The observed flux densities and spectral indices indicate that, in most cases, this emission is of thermal origin and is produced in the powerful stellar flows emanating ...

Pressure‐Assisted Dimensional Transformation of 2D Hydrogenated Borophene into 0D Boron Quantum Dots
Hydrogenated borophene (HB) is transformed into distinct boron nanostructures through a solvent‐free thermal process. Under flowing nitrogen, hydrogen escape promotes reconstruction into B2O3 nanoplatelets, whereas hydrogen‐induced pressure under sealed conditions facilitates fragmentation into boron quantum dots.

USe3 is introduced as an actinide van der Waals semiconductor that mirrors the quasi‐one‐dimensional physics of transition‐metal trichalcogenides. Polarization‐resolved Raman spectroscopy on exfoliated flakes maps strong in‐plane phonon anisotropy and strain‐tunable mode shifts.

A gas‐fed, zero‐gap, PEM CO2 electrolyzer is realized by incorporating PDDA+ ions onto the carbonaceous Co/N‐C electrocatalyst, with gaseous H2 and CO2 fed into the anode and cathode, respectively. Operating without an aqueous electrolyte, the system sustains a peak FECO of 65.1% at 100 mA cm−2. ABSTRACT Electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction (ECO2R)

A Broadband Search for Coherent Radio Emission in Cataclysmic Variables
Radio observations of cataclysmic variables have revealed a variety of behaviors. From some systems, we see bright unpolarized radio flares occurring during dwarf nova outbursts, consistent with synchrotron emission from jets.

Advanced ink systems for solution‐processed textile triboelectric nanogenerators are systematically summarized, spanning conductive, tribo‐negative, and tribo‐positive layers. By connecting ink chemistry, deposition methods, and device function, the present review reveals the key governing principles of solution development and highlights practical ...
