Broad band energy distribution of ROSAT detected quasars. Pt. 2 Radio-quiet objects
A database of radio-quiet quasers detected with ROSAT is presented containing 846 quasars seen in the All-Sky Survey and/or in pointed PSPC observations. About #propor to#70% of the objects have been detected in X-rays for the first time.

Radio imaging of gravitationally lensed radio-quiet quasars
ABSTRACT We present 6 GHz Very Large Array radio images of 70 gravitational lens systems at 300 mas resolution, in which the source is an optically selected quasar, and nearly all of which have two lensed images. We find that about in half of the systems (40/70, with 33/70 secure), one or more lensed images are detected down to our ...

Evidence for Higher Black Hole Spin in Radio-loud Quasars
One of the major unsolved questions concerning the understanding of the active galactic nucleus population is the origin of the dichotomy between radio-quiet and radio-loud quasars.

The prevalence of FRI radio quasars
We present deep, multi-VLA-configuration radio images for a set of 18 quasars, having redshifts between 0.36 and 2.5, from the 7C quasar survey. Approximately one quarter of these quasars have FRI-type twin-jet structures and the remainder are a broad ...

We perform milliarcsecond X-ray astrometry of the quadruply lensed radio-quiet quasar GraL J065904.1+162909 (J0659). This z _s = 3.083 quasar is lensed into four images and was discovered with the second Data Release of the Gaia Space Observatory (Gaia ...

X-Ray Emission Properties of a Compact Symmetric Object Sample
We present a comprehensive analysis of the X-ray observations obtained from XMM-Newton and Chandra for a sample of bona-fide Compact Symmetric Objects (CSOs) to investigate their X-ray emission properties.

We report the fastest quasar outflow first detected in the ultraviolet, via variable C iv and Si iv absorption at outflow velocities −77,000 km s ^−1 to at least −90,000 km s ^−1 , in the radio-quiet quasar SDSS J231854.31+243954.2 (J2318).
