Tertiary intrusive granitoids within the Lut block in the Khorasan Razavi and South Khorasan provinces are mainly sub-volcanic with porphyry texture and their composition varies from granite to diorite but monzonite is dominant.

The Mississippi Valley–type (MVT) deposits reached their maximum abundance during the final assembly of Pangea. The intense orogenic activity during this assembly in relatively low latitudes created abundant opportunities for the migration of sedimentary

Key Points We recommend using the notation δ122/118SnNIST SRM 3161a for mass‐dependent Sn isotope data. We derived conversion factors relative to NIST SRM 3161a for Puri Sn CEZA (0.132 ± 0.011‰), Sn Lyon (0.229 ± 0.016‰), Sn IPGP (0.162 ± 0.018‰). Tin isotope compositions are presented for SPEX CertiPrep Sn and nine USGS reference materials.

Abstract Surface processes on the asteroid Ryugu have been investigated using cosmic‐ray‐produced radionuclides, 10Be, 26Al, and 36Cl, and stable noble gases, on eight samples returned by the Hayabusa2 spacecraft. The 10Be and 26Al along with 21Ne measurements indicate that the two Chamber A samples A0105 collected during the first touchdown (TD) were ...

In the southwest Japan forearc, slab‐fluids produced from subducted materials migrate to crustal levels and appear as deep‐seated brine. We have analyzed for the first‐time stable strontium isotopes in non‐volcanic spring water with high salinity ...

Monogenetic Near‐Island Seamounts in the Galápagos Archipelago
Rarely have small seamounts on the flanks of hotspot derived ocean‐island volcanoes been the targets of sampling, due to sparse high‐resolution mapping near ocean islands.

The Paleoproterozoic Nattanen-type granites in northern Finland and vicinity - a postcollisional oxidized A-type suite [PDF]
The ~1.8 Ga Nattanen-type granites in the Finnish Lapland and western Kola Peninsula are found as several relatively small, high-level, discordant plutons that are easily discernible as weak maxima on aeromagnetic maps.

The palaeoenvironmental potential of bioarchaeological isotope data
Bioarchaeology not only provides insights into human, animal, and environmental ecology, but also generates huge amounts of stable and radiogenic isotope data that are not well recognised by other disciplines.
