Treatment of peri‐implantitis with diode laser or mucosal flap surgery: A clinical randomized controlled trial

Abstract Background Peri‐implantitis poses a major challenge as contemporary nonsurgical treatments show dissatisfactory results and mucosal flap surgery is often needed.
