Direct Growth of Transparent Boron Nitride Neutron Shielding Layer for Space Window

Direct growth of sp2‐sp3 hybridized BN (HBN) on quartz, enabled by an h‐BN buffer, produces transparent and stable films up to 80 µm thick with high transmittance and strong neutron shielding, making HBN a promising candidate for space windows in long‐term lunar missions.

SLC2A3‐Mediated Lactate Metabolism Promotes Lung Cancer Bone Metastasis by Modulating P53 Lactylation and Immune Evasion

SLC2A3 derived lactate promotes metastasis through p53 lactylation at K120 and osteoclast differentiation. Pharmacological inhibition of SLC2A3 upregulates PD‐1 expression on CD8+ T cells via lactate induced p53 lactylation, which modulates immune evasion. RPS3‐Enriched Extracellular Vesicles Mediate Liver‐Spinal Cord Inter‐Organ Communication

Spinal cord injury activates the liver to send extracellular vesicles loaded with RPS3 protein to the lesion site. These vesicles are taken up by neural stem cells and astrocytes, triggering NF‐κB signaling, impairing the regeneration of neurons and myelin, and promotes harmful inflammation, ultimately hindering recovery.
