Evaluation of IMERG Data over Open Ocean Using Observations of Tropical Cyclones
The IMERG data product is an optimal combination of precipitation estimates from the Global Precipitation Mission (GPM), making use of a variety of data types, primarily data from various spaceborne passive instruments.

A Tri-Band Cooled Receiver for Geodetic VLBI
This paper shows a simultaneous tri-band (S: 2.2–2.7 GHz, X: 7.5–9 GHz and Ka: 28–33 GHz) low-noise cryogenic receiver for geodetic Very Long Baseline Interferometry (geo-VLBI) which has been developed at Yebes Observatory laboratories in Spain.

Ocean surface radiation measurement best practices
Ocean surface radiation measurement best practices have been developed as a first step to support the interoperability of radiation measurements across multiple ocean platforms and between land and ocean networks. This document describes the consensus by

CONSTRUCTION OF MM-BAND AND CM-BAND RADIOMETERS BASED ON SATELLITE LOW NOISE BLOCKS [PDF]
Features of construction of mm-band and cm-band radiometers based on satellite low noise blocks (SLNB) are examined. The characteristics of the developed and constructed radiometer layout are presented.

Characterization of an ellipsoidal radiometer
An ellipsoidal radiometer has been characterized using a 25 mm variable-temperature blackbody as a radiant source. This radiometer is intended for separating radiation from convection effects in fire test methods. The characterization included angular response, responsivity, and purge-gas flow effect studies.

Abstract The Arctic Ocean exports a large amount of terrestrial dissolved organic matter (DOM) to the Nordic seas. With climate change, the supply of terrestrial DOM from the Arctic Ocean will increase while less sea ice might lead to an increased loss of terrestrial DOM due to photodegradation.
