Abstract Wild bees (Hymenoptera: Anthophila) are important pollinators and essential for maintaining ecosystem health. The majority of bee species are ground‐nesting, and all bees spend most of their lifetime inside the nest. Still, most studies and monitoring schemes assess wild bees during flower visitation, allowing no conclusion about their nest ...

Increased aeolian activity linked to Neoglacial cooling and glacier advance in southern Greenland
Intense aeolian activity observed in the Igaliku Kujalleq records in S Greenland is not related to Norse activities. Instead, we suggest that changes in the North Atlantic atmospheric circulation pattern combined with Neoglacial glacier advances led to increased katabatic wind activity and triggered increased aeolian activity from large outwash plains.

Evaluation of [18F]PSMA‐1007 uptake variability in patients with prostate cancer
Abstract Background The biodistribution of PSMA‐ligands is of interest in radionuclide therapy planning. We investigated the variability of [18F]PSMA‐1007 uptake in organs at risk and in relation to tumour burden in prostate cancer patients. Methods A total of 1086 patients who underwent PSMA PET‐CT for staging or recurrence of prostate cancer were ...

Myocardial perfusion imaging in advanced coronary artery disease
Myocardial perfusion imaging in advanced coronary artery disease. This review focusses on the utility of MPI by means of CMR, SPECT and PET, in patients with advanced CAD—the latter characterized by documented CAD (i.e. MI and/or PCI, prior CABG or the presence of a CTO).

Field‐assisted processing of Ce–zirconolite ceramics for nuclear applications
Field‐assisted processing of zirconolite ceramics resulted in significant reduction in time and energy compared to conventional processing. Abstract Conventional, flash, and hybrid sintering (unique combination of conventional and microwave heating) experiments were performed on 10% Ce‐doped zirconolite samples and the results were compared.

Abstract The long‐term behavior of high‐level radioactive waste glass depends on the mineralogical and geochemical interactions between the various components of the multibarrier system, under geological repository conditions. The present study focuses on SON68 glass alteration in synthetic cement water and at 50°C and 70°C.

We found that the in‐situ 10Be concentration in multiple grain sizes can be correlated to the sediment fluxes derived from geomorphic change detection. Our results show that the magnitude of 10Be dilution relates to landslide volume, post‐seismic hillslope delivery and degree of mixing. Although the 10Be dilution factor has little to no relationship to

The insertion of a fluorescent coumarin unit by using a lysine‐based linker on deferoxamine leads to a chelating agent (DFOKC), whose Cu(II) and Zr(IV) complexes can be used for both optical imaging and positron emission tomography. DFOKC shows increased binding ability for Cu(II) and Zr(II) and improved tumor cell internalization via pinocytosis ...
