Application of 68Ga‐ and 177Lu‐Labeled FAP Inhibitor in Evaluation and Treatment of Cardiac Fibrosis After Myocardial Infarction

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 6, Issue 6, June 2025.
Our study evaluates the specific accumulation of 68Ga‐FAPI‐04 in infarcted hearts and suggests that treatment with 177Lu‐FAPI‐04 may enhance cardiac function by modulating fibroblast activation and apoptosis, thereby reducing cardiac fibrosis after myocardial infarction.
