First‐Line Alectinib Versus Ceritinib With or Without Brain Radiotherapy in ALK‐Positive Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer with Brain Metastases: A Real‐World Multicenter Study from Vietnam

Alectinib demonstrated superior intracranial disease control and systemic efficacy compared with ceritinib in Vietnamese patients with ALK‐positive NSCLC and brain metastases. Upfront brain radiotherapy appeared to provide greater benefit when combined with ceritinib than with alectinib (exploratory, interaction p > 0.6).
