Inverse of Affine Radon Transform for Light Field Reconstruction From Focal Stack
The light field can be applied to computational imaging methods, such as digital refocusing, depth reconstruction, and all-in-focus imaging. In this paper, the affine Radon transform of generating the focal stack by the light field is proposed.

The Radon transform on the Heisenberg group and the transversal Radon transform
The notion of the Radon transform on the Heisenberg group was introduced by R. Strichartz and inspired by D. Geller and E.M. Stein's related work. The more general transversal Radon transform integrates functions on the m-dimensional real Euclidean space over hyperplanes meeting the last coordinate axis.

Gegenbauer Transforms via the Radon Transform [PDF]
Use is made of the Radon transform on even dimensional spaces and Gegenbauer functions of the second kind to obtain a general Gegenbauer transform pair. In the two-dimensional limit the pair reduces to a Chebyshev transform pair.

Some uniqueness theorems for a conical Radon transform
The conical Radon transform, which assigns to a given function f on ${{\mathbb{R}}}^{3}$ its integrals over conical surfaces, arises in several imaging techniques, e.g. in astronomy and homeland security, especially when the so-called Compton cameras are

Evaluation of MEMS Structures with Directional Characteristics Based on FRAT and Lifting Wavelet
Steps and grooves, which have typical directional characteristic, are two main functional structures of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems). This paper proposes a method for analysis and evaluation of MEMS steps and grooves based on finite radon ...

Separation of downgoing and upgoing P-waves and S-waves in an offset 2D/3D vertical seismic profile (VSP) record is a basic step in VSP data processing. Radon transform and median filtering methods are commonly used to separate wavefields.

Performance evaluation of radon measurement techniques in single-family homes
Radon, a naturally occurring radioactive gas, poses a significant health risk as prolonged exposure indoors can lead to lung cancer. Current radon measurement techniques vary widely in methodology, device types, and exposure duration, posing challenges ...

Rotation Invariant Automatic Infrared Target Recognition using G-Radon
In recent research, automatic target recognition (ATR) of infrared targets has been taking a lot of interest to the researchers. A rotation invariant method is useful in target recognition, classification and image analysis to reduce the number of ...

The author studies properties of group codes, namely generalized weights and spectra of linear block codes over a finite field and their analogues for lattice sphere packings in Euclidean space. He obtains new results about linear codes, and generalizations of Siegel mean value and Minkowski-Hlawka theorems.
