Impact of Chitosan Incorporation on PBAT Composite: Thermal, Viscoelastic, Mechanical, and Morphological Properties

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 36, September 20, 2026.
The abstract explains the impact of various concentrations of chitosan on PBAT composite. Indeed, the composite is produced at increasing concentrations of chitosan (10%, 20%, and 30%). The decrease in the tensile strength with increased conc. of chitosan was recorded. Furthermore, the same impact was recorded for TGA analysis.

Forage yield and quality traits of vetch genotypes across two locations in Western Tigray, Northern Ethiopia

open access: yesAgrosystems, Geosciences &Environment, Volume 9, Issue 3, September 2026.
Abstract Vetch (Vicia spp.) is a promising forage legume for Ethiopian livestock systems, but limited information exists on genotype performance across diverse environments. This study evaluated forage yield, quality, and agronomic traits of four vetch genotypes (Vicia villosa DZF, Vicia sativa, Vicia dasycarpa, and Vicia atropurpurea) across two ...
