Performance Estimation and Ex Vivo Validation of Untethered Magnetic Robots in Soft Tissue

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an empirical model that quantitatively predicts the step‐out frequency of screw‐type untethered magnetic robots (UMRs) in soft viscoelastic environments, including ex vivo brain tissue. By integrating key parameters into a dimensionless framework, the model enables estimation of robot performance across a range of biological ...

A Site‐Aware Representation Learning Framework For Unified Molecular Interaction Modeling and Generative Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MolDBG is a site‐aware, sequence‐only framework that unifies drug‐target affinity prediction, binding‐site identification, and affinity‐conditioned molecular generation for structured proteins. Guided by multi‐task binding‐site supervision, it aligns interaction‐critical residues before learning drug‐target representations and simultaneously infers ...

Ex vivo myo-mechanical assessment of isolated rectus abdominis muscle in pregnancy-specific urinary incontinence: a cross-sectional study nested within the Diamater cohort

open access: yesBioMedical Engineering OnLine
Background Rectus abdominis muscle (RAM) myopathy is the underlying mechanism of pregnancy-specific urinary incontinence (PSUI), which has been shown to be a predictor of long-term urinary incontinence (UI).

Mitochonic Acid 5 Increases Ram Sperm Quality by Improving Mitochondrial Function during Storage at 4 °C

open access: yesAnimals
Semen preservation involves lengthening sperm’s fertile lifespan without any detrimental effects on its biochemical, functional, and ultrastructural properties. Liquid storage at 4 °C is a ram sperm preservation method.

Multiplexed Profiling of Individual Extracellular Vesicles Reveals Lung Cancer‐Associated Protein Signatures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cygnus (Cyclic‐imaging gateway to nanovesicles underlying signature) integrates multiplexed single‐EV protein imaging with a practical analysis workflow to examine EV phenotypes at vesicle, subpopulation, and sample scales. ABSTRACT Lung cancer is frequently diagnosed after curative treatment windows have narrowed, creating a need for minimally ...

Double Demodulation Incorporates Reciprocal Modulation and Residual Amplitude Modulation Feedback to Enhance the Bias Performance of RFOG

open access: yesPhotonics
The suppression of Rayleigh backscattering noise in a resonant fiber optic gyro (RFOG) is accompanied by the emergence of residual amplitude modulation (RAM) effects, which impact the bias performance of the RFOG output.

Application of the sticky notes method for specifying RAMS

open access: yesJournal of Civil Engineering and Transport
One of the fundamentals of the safety management process for specifying RAMS is hazard identification. The regulations defining RAMS requirements allow flexibility in the choice of methods for applying a systematic RAMS management process, including system safety assessments.

Triple‐Level Content‐Addressable Vertical NAND Flash Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Commercial triple‐level‐cell V‐NAND flash memory is transformed into a compact content‐addressable memory by directly exploiting its eight threshold‐voltage states. A parity‐split search scheme preserves storage density while enabling reliable multi‐level and don't‐care matching. Parallel word‐line search delivers up to 24‐fold higher throughput and 54.
