Chemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 10, October 2026.Fifteen new actinomycin analogs, named actinomycins H1–H15, are identified from S. polyantibioticus S4D258. Actinomycins H7–H15 are truncated actinomycin analogs. Actinomycins H1–H6 and H9 exhibit significant antiproliferative activities against both MDA‐MB‐231 and 4T1 TNBC cells.
