Additions to the lichen flora found on Cryptomeria japonica D. Don, in the Azores. [PDF]
, 2004 Twenty-nine lichens species were reported in samples from Azorean Cryptomeria japonica forests. One species, Ramalina peruviana Ach., is newly recorded for the Macaronesian Region.

Webbia, 1999 Summary The morphology, chemistry and ecology of 96 specimens belonging to the Ramalina farinacea (L.) Ach. complex collected throughout Sardinia (Italy) have been analysed. Five compounds have been detected by mean of TLC. Variolaric acid is reported as new in R. farinacea from Italy.
