PULSED KGd(WO4)2 RAMAN LASER: TOWARDS EMISSION LINEWIDTH NARROWING

open access: yesПриборы и методы измерений, 2015
The linewidth of a KGd(WO4)2 pulsed Raman laser is analysed experimentally for different configurations of the Raman and pump resonators: with narrow and broadband pump emission profiles, with and without linewidth narrowing elements in the Raman laser ...

Raman spectroscopy measurement of CH4 gas and CH4 dissolved in water for laser remote sensing in water

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2018
We examined the applicability of Raman spectroscopy as a laser remote sensing tool for monitoring CH4 in water. The Raman technique has already been used successfully for measurements of CO2 gas in water.

DNA‐Templated 2D Heterostructures as Phototriggered Dynamic Nanohybrids: From Releasing Molecular Loads to Controlling Enzyme Biocatalytic Function

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
DNA strands are employed both as dynamic linkers and nanoscale templates for the integration of Ag2S nanoparticles on MoS2, which in turn imparted photothermal responsiveness; this feature permits the selective cargo (fluorophore, quantum dots or an enzyme) release from the MoS2 surface in response to local heat induced by light irradiation.

Raman spectroscopic characterization of multiwall carbon nanotubes and of composites

open access: yeseXPRESS Polymer Letters, 2012
In this work Raman spectroscopy was used for extensive characterization of multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNTs) and of MWCNTs/rubber composites. We have measured the Raman spectra of bundled and dispersed multiwall carbon nanotubes.

Efficient and Tunable 1.6-μm MgO:PPLN Optical Parametric Oscillator Pumped by Nd:YVO4/YVO4 Raman Laser

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2020
A highly-efficient tunable 1.6 μm MgO:PPLN-OPO, which we believe to be the first one pumped by a diode-end-pumped Raman laser, is demonstrated. A good beam-quality of actively Q-switched Nd:YVO4/YVO4 Raman laser at 1176 nm and

Continuous-Wave Crystalline Laser at 714 nm via Stimulated Raman Scattering and Sum Frequency Generation

open access: yesCrystals, 2022
A compact high-power continuous-wave (CW) laser at 714 nm is originally developed via intracavity stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) and sum frequency generation (SFG).

Integrated continuous-wave aluminum nitride Raman laser

open access: yes, 2017
Wurtzite aluminum nitride (AlN) is known to exhibit six Raman-active optic phonons, making it appealing for Raman lasing. Here, we demonstrate continuous-wave Raman lasers with a low threshold and a high slope efficiency in high quality factor AlN-on ...

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Raman spectroscopy-based detection of as-grown suspended carbon nanotubes for integration into sensors [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Sensors and Sensor Systems
The localization of individual suspended as-grown carbon nanotubes is crucial for their integration into sensor devices that use carbon nanotubes, such as carbon-nanotube field-effect transistors for gas sensing. The detection yield of Raman spectroscopy
