Sodium alginate regulates interfacial ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. The carboxylate‐rich polymeric network forms a dynamic interfacial ion‐diffusion barrier that facilitates ion injection during programming while suppressing ion back‐diffusion, thereby stabilizing the electrochemically doped channel state.

Characterization of octamethylsilsesquioxane (CH3)8Si8O12 fillers in polypropene matrix [PDF]
The results of Raman microspectroscopy measurements of octamethylsilsesquioxane (om-POSS) (3-wt %) in polypropylene (PP) are presented and compared with theoretical spectra calculated by ab initio density functional theory (DFT) based methods.

In this work, diamonds with negative charged silicon‐vacancy (SiV−) centers have been designed for use as thermometers in biomedical applications. Multiparametric analysis of the emission characteristics of the SiV− centers provides extraordinary sensitivity for temperature detection in the physiological temperature range.
