Ein 69-jahriger Patient kommt in die Notfallaufnahme aufgrund von Ohrschmerzen. Es werden eine Otitis externa und eine Perichondritis diagnostiziert. Zwei Tage spater erscheint er wieder wegen anhaltender Ohrschmerzen. Diesmal sind kleine Vesikel im Bereich des Cavum conchae und Lymphknotenschwellungen hinter dem linken Ohr vorhanden.
