ABSTRACT Brazil and the United States account for more than 40% of global poultry exports, with China and South Korea among their major destination markets. This study examines price transmission and market linkages between Brazil and the United States using monthly poultry export price data from January 1990 to December 2024. It also assesses which of

Detection of Emergent Situations in Complex Systems by Structural Invariant (MB, M)
The paper introduces complete description of the detection method that uses structural invariant Matroid and its Bases (MB, M). There are recapitulated essential concepts from the used knowledge field as “complex system, emergent situations (A, B, C ...

Household Consumption Intentions by Income Group During Monetary Policy Easing and Tightening
ABSTRACT We investigate how the monetary policy interest rate affects Brazilian households' consumption intentions under two distinct regimes: monetary easing and tightening cycles. Using data from low‐ and high‐income households, we assess both the magnitude and the dynamics of this relationship.

Signed Projective Cubes, a Homomorphism Point of View
ABSTRACT The (signed) projective cubes, as a special class of graphs closely related to the hypercubes, are on the crossroad of geometry, algebra, discrete mathematics and linear algebra. Defined as Cayley graphs on binary groups, they represent basic linear dependencies.

The fractional chromatic number of triangle-free subcubic graphs [PDF]
Heckman and Thomas conjectured that the fractional chromatic number of any triangle-free subcubic graph is at most 14 / 5. Improving on estimates of Hatami and Zhu and of Lu and Peng, we prove that the fractional chromatic number of any triangle-free ...

On Tight Tree‐Complete Hypergraph Ramsey Numbers
ABSTRACT Chvátal showed that for any tree T $T$ with k $k$ edges, the Ramsey number R ( T , n ) = k ( n − 1 ) + 1 $R(T,n)=k(n-1)+1$. For r = 3 $r=3$ or 4, we show that, if T $T$ is an r $r$‐uniform nontrivial tight tree, then the hypergraph Ramsey number R ( T , n ) = Θ ( n r − 1 ) $R(T,n)={\rm{\Theta }}({n}^{r-1})$.

Temporal Ramsey Graphs: The Ramsey Kinematic Approach to the Motion of Systems of Material Points
The Ramsey approach is applied to analyses of the kinematics of systems built of non-relativistic, motile point masses/particles. This approach is based on colored graph theory. Point masses/particles serve as the vertices of the graph.

On a Clique‐Building Game of Erdős
ABSTRACT The following game was introduced in a list of open problems from 1983 attributed to Erdős: two players take turns claiming edges of a Kn ${K}_{n}$ until all edges are exhausted. Player 1 wins the game if the largest clique that they claim at the end is strictly larger than the largest clique of their opponent; otherwise, Player 2 wins the ...
