The complete mitochondrial genome of Rana johnsi (Smith, 2009) (Anura: Ranidae) and its phylogeny

open access: yesMitochondrial DNA. Part B. Resources, 2021
Rana johnsi (Smith ) firstly considered as the member of genus Pseudorana, has been moved into the genus Rana. In this study, we sequenced the complete mitochondrial (mt) genome of R. johnsi using the Sanger method.

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Expression of 5S rDNA in the oocytes of water frogs

open access: yesBMC Research Notes, 2009
Background We report the expression pattern of 5S rDNA in the eggs of water frogs Rana lessonae, Rana ridibunda and Rana esculenta using the quantitative real-time PCR. This kind of research had never been performed before.

Unveiling the Role of Curvature in Carbon for Improved Energy Release of Ammonium Perchlorate

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
High‐curvature carbon materials identified via machine learning and simulation can enhance the heat release and combustion performance of ammonium perchlorate. ABSTRACT The catalytic role of carbon curvature in the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) remains largely unexplored. To address this gap, this study employs machine learning and

Experimental Evidence of Free Carrier Generation in 2D Hybrid Organic–Inorganic Perovskites

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Despite the significant potential of 2D hybrid organic–inorganic perovskites (2DHOIPs) for high‐efficiency optoelectronics application‐comparable to their 3D counterparts, the fundamental carrier photogeneration remains unclear. In contrast to conventional ultrafast optical property characterization, we use ultrafast photocurrent spectroscopy ...

Grounding Large Language Models for Robot Task Planning Using Closed‐Loop State Feedback

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
BrainBody‐Large Language Model (LLM) introduces a hierarchical, feedback‐driven planning framework where two LLMs coordinate high‐level reasoning and low‐level control for robotic tasks. By grounding decisions in real‐time state feedback, it reduces hallucinations and improves task reliability.

RRAM Variability Harvesting for CIM‐Integrated TRNG

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates a compute‐in‐memory‐compatible true random number generator that harvests intrinsic cycle‐to‐cycle variability from a 1T1R RRAM array. Parallel entropy extraction enables high‐throughput bit generation without dedicated circuits. This approach achieves NIST‐compliant randomness and low per‐bit energy, offering a scalable hardware

Sepsa jako powikłanie drobnego zranienia

open access: yesPediatria i Medycyna Rodzinna, 2010
Do czynników
