Anomaly Detection Method for Hybrid Workpieces Using Dynamic Time Warping
Monitoring of hybrid workpieces: when machining hybrid workpieces, unavoidable axial deviations of the material transition zone cause temporal shifts in the process force signals. A new anomaly detection method based on dynamic time warping is proposed to detect material defects.

(L2,H1)-Random Attractors for Stochastic Reaction-Diffusion Equation on Unbounded Domains
We study the random dynamical system generated by a stochastic reaction-diffusion equation with additive noise on the whole space ℝn and prove the existence of an (L2,H1)-random attractor for such a random dynamical system. The nonlinearity f is supposed

Almost sure rates of mixing for partially hyperbolic attractors [PDF]
We introduce random towers to study almost sure rates of correlation decay for random partially hyperbolic attractors. Using this framework, we obtain abstract results on almost sure exponential, stretched exponential and polynomial correlation decay rates.

Hydrostatic bearings excel in high‐precision applications, but their performance hinges on a continuous external supply. This study evaluates various material combinations for sliding surfaces to mitigate damage during supply failures or misalignment and to discover the most effective materials identified for enhancing the reliability and efficiency of

Dynamics of stochastic nonclassical diffusion equations on unbounded domains
This article concerns the dynamics of stochastic nonclassical diffusion equation on $\mathbb{R}^N$ perturbed by a $\epsilon$-random term, where $\epsilon\in(0,1]$ is the intension of noise.

Minimal forward random point attractors need not exist [PDF]
It is well-known that random attractors of a random dynamical system are generally not unique. It was shown in recent work by Hans Crauel and the author that if there exist more than one pullback or weak random attractor which attracts a given family of (possibly random) sets, then there exists a minimal (in the sense of smallest) one.

This article provides a comprehensive overview of fundamentals and recent advances of transparent thin‐film surface acoustic wave technologies on glass substrates for monitoring and prevention/elimination of fog, ice, and frost. Fogging, icing, or frosting on optical lenses, optics/photonics, windshields, vehicle/airplane windows, and solar panel ...
