Survival Dynamical Systems on Random Graphs
The idea of a survival dynamical system (SDS) is to apply aggregated dynamics of a macro model at the level of an individual agent. SDS may be also viewed a limit of agentsâ dynamics obtained when replacing individualâs random hazard function with its ...

Random Attractors for Stochastic Retarded 2D-Navier-Stokes Equations with Additive Noise
In this paper, the existence and the upper semicontinuity of a pullback attractor for stochastic retarded 2D-Navier-Stokes equation on a bounded domain are obtained.

Variational Principle for Relative Tail Pressure
We introduce the relative tail pressure to establish a variational principle for continuous bundle random dynamical systems. We also show that the relative tail pressure is conserved by the principal extension.

Solvable Dynamics in a System of Interacting Random Tops [PDF]
In this letter a new solvable model of synchronization dynamics is introduced. It consists of a system of long range interacting tops with random precession frequencies. The model allows for an explicit study of orientational effects in synchronized phenomena.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Safety criteria for aperiodic dynamical systems [PDF]
The use of dynamical system models is commonplace in many areas of science and engineering. One is often interested in whether the attracting solutions in these models are robust to perturbations of the equations of motion.

Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

Cutaneous Melanoma Drives Metabolic Changes in the Aged Bone Marrow Immune Microenvironment
Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.

Synchronization in random networks with given expected degree sequences
Synchronization in random networks with given expected degree sequences is studied. We also investigate in details the synchronization in networks whose topology is described by classical random graphs, power-law random graphs and hybrid graphs when N ...
