Random processes in random environments
Advances in Applied Probability, 1980We shall give a brief survey of some random processes in random environments. Roughly speaking, our examples arise from models in which a phenomenon is described by a Markov process or chain. The Markov process in question is specified by a (usually infinite) number of parameters.

Anomalous statistics of random relaxations in random environments
Physical Review E, 2013We comprehensively analyze the emergence of anomalous statistics in the context of the random relaxation (RARE) model [Eliazar and Metzler, J. Chem. Phys. 137, 234106 (2012)], a recently introduced versatile model of random relaxations in random environments.

Automata in random environments
Fundam. Informaticae, 1981Summary: We consider the case of automata operating within random environments. In contrast to an earlier case, where we supposed we could control the environment, we assume that the realization of the environment is governed by some probabilistic structure. The notion of expected acceptance sets is defined.

Random walks in random environments on metric groups
Mathematical Notes, 2000A random evnironment on a countable metric group \(G\) is considered, and a random walk (RW) in the environment with bounded jumps is investigated. The transition probabilities from a point \(x\in G\) are described by a vector \(p(x)\in\mathbb{R}^{|W|}\) where \(W=W(x)\subset G\), and \(|W |= \text{const}

Random Walk In A Random Environment
1996Abstract We now turn from steady-state conduction problems to problems in which a time-evolving random process takes place in a random environment. Our discussion here is restricted to processes on lattices, and in the main to one spatial dimension.
