Structurally Colored Physically Unclonable Functions with Ultra‐Rich and Stable Encoding Capacity

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 35, Issue 12, March 18, 2025.
This study reports a design strategy for generating bright‐field resolvable physically unclonable functions with extremely rich encoding capacity coupled with outstanding thermal and chemical stability. The optical response emerges from thickness‐dependent structural color formation in ZnO features, which are fabricated by physical vapor deposition ...

The Route to Artery Mimetics: Hybrid Bioinks for Embedded Bioprinting of Multimaterial Cylindrical Models

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The fabrication of a cellularized, multilayered 3D printed cylindrical model comprising hybrid bioinks inspired by the natural extracellular environment as an approach to artery mimetics, is presented. Using embedded bioprinting, interlayer crosslinking of self‐supporting concentric cylinders is achieved.

Co-decode algorithm of network coding with hardware logic

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2012
Practical general coder and decoder of network coding(NC)with HDL(hardware description language)logic for wire-speed nodes was presented. The NC coders applied random linear network coding (RLNC) and the decoders recovered the original packets by Cramer’s

Cooperative and Adaptive Network Coding for Gradient Based Routing in Wireless Sensor Networks with Multiple Sinks

open access: yesJournal of Computer Networks and Communications, 2017
Despite its low computational cost, the Gradient Based Routing (GBR) broadcast of interest messages in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) causes significant packets duplications and unnecessary packets transmissions.

Lightweight Random Linear Coding over Wireless Mesh Networks

open access: yes, 2015
We propose an enhanced version of an intra-flow Network Coding protocol, which was conceived to offer a reliable communication service, by means of the combination a Random Linear Coding (RLC) scheme with the UDP protocol. We reduce the overhead that was originally required in the protocol header and we assess, through an extensive campaign carried out
