A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

Random access-random release relay switching matrix [PDF]
XY relay switching matrix provides complete random access and random release of 400 points. A mercury-wetted bistable relay with independent set and reset coils is the unique feature associated with each ...

Complex Langevin simulation of a random matrix model at nonzero chemical potential [PDF]
A bstractIn this paper we test the complex Langevin algorithm for numerical simulations of a random matrix model of QCD with a first order phase transition to a phase of finite baryon density. We observe that a naive implementation of the algorithm leads

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Non-Equilibrium Random Matrix Theory : Transition Probabilities [PDF]
In this letter we present an analytic method for calculating the transition probability between two random Gaussian matrices with given eigenvalue spectra in the context of Dyson Brownian motion.

This study characterizes the responses of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patient samples to the MCL‐1 inhibitor MIK665. The results revealed that monocytic differentiation is associated with MIK665 sensitivity. Conversely, elevated ABCB1 expression is a potential biomarker of resistance to the treatment, which can be overcome by the combination ...

Dynamical correlation functions for products of random matrices
We introduce and study a family of random processes with a discrete time related to products of random matrices. Such processes are formed by singular values of random matrix products, and the number of factors in a random matrix product plays a role of ...

Distributed Tracking of Extended Target With Orientation Using Variational Bayesian
In this work, we propose an alternative distributed tracking approach for extended target with time‐varying orientation in a sensor network. Within the random matrix framework, we employ a Gaussian prior for the orientation, the inverse Gamma priors for ...
