Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Tumor mutational burden as a determinant of metastatic dissemination patterns
This study performed a comprehensive analysis of genomic data to elucidate whether metastasis in certain organs share genetic characteristics regardless of cancer type. No robust mutational patterns were identified across different metastatic locations and cancer types.

Sums of Independent Truncated Random Variables
Let $(x_{nk}), (k = 1, 2, \cdots, k_n; n = 1, 2, \cdots)$ be a double sequence of infinitesimal (i.e. $\lim_{n \rightarrow \infty} \max_{1 \leqq k \leqq k_n} P\{|x_{nk}| > \epsilon\} = 0$ for every $\epsilon > 0$) random variables such that for each $n, x_{n1}, \cdots, x_{nk_n}$ are independent.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

The convergence in mean of a weighted sum ∑kank(Xk−EXk) of random elements in a separable Banach space is studied under a new hypothesis which relates the random elements with their respective weights in the sum: the {ank}-compactly uniform ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Higher order moments of a sum of random variables: remarks and applications.
The moments of a sum of random variables depend on both the pure moments of each random addendum and on the addendum mixed moments. In this note we introduce a simple measure to evaluate the relative impedance to attach to the latter.

This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Sum of Poisson-Distributed Random Variables: A Convolution Method Approach
This paper presents a two-parameter extension of the classical Poisson distribution, specifically tailored for rare event modeling. The proposed model is constructed as the sum of two independent Poisson random variables, using a convolution method ...
