Integrable random matrix ensembles
We propose new classes of random matrix ensembles whose statistical properties are intermediate between statistics of Wigner-Dyson random matrices and Poisson statistics.

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Onset of random matrix behavior in scrambling systems
The fine grained energy spectrum of quantum chaotic systems is widely believed to be described by random matrix statistics. A basic scale in such a system is the energy range over which this behavior persists.

Annihilating random walks in one-dimensional disordered media
We study diffusion-limited pair annihilation $A+A\to 0$ on one-dimensional lattices with inhomogeneous nearest neighbour hopping in the limit of infinite reaction rate. We obtain a simple exact expression for the particle concentration $\rho_k(t)$ of the

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

QUASI-RANDOM TESTING OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS
Various modified random testing approaches have been proposed for computer system testing in the black box environment. Their effectiveness has been evaluated on the typical failure patterns by employing three measures, namely, P-measure, E-measure and F-

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Coupled Hilfer fractional differential systems with random effects
This paper deals with some existence results for two classes of coupled systems of Hilfer and Hilfer–Hadamard random fractional differential equations. The main tool used to carry out our results is Itoh’s random fixed point theorem.

ATF4‐mediated stress response as a therapeutic vulnerability in chordoma
We screened 5 chordoma cell lines against 100+ inhibitors of epigenetic and metabolic pathways and kinases and identified halofuginone, a tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Mechanistically halofuginone induces an integrated stress response, with eIF2alpha phosphorylation, activation of ATF4 and its target genes CHOP, ASNS, INHBE leading to cell death ...
