Counting for Random Testing [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The seminal works of Wilf and Nijenhuis in the late 70s have led to efficient algorithms for counting and generating uniformly at random a variety of combinatorial structures. In 1994, Flajolet, Zimmermann and Van Cutsem have widely generalised and systematised the approach. This paper presents several applications of these powerful results to software

Feasibility and Safety of Somato‐Cognitive Coordination Therapy for Cerebellar Ataxia Following Pediatric Brain Tumor Treatment

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

Randomness Test of Thinning Parameters for the NBRCINAR(1) Process

open access: yesAxioms
Non-negative integer-valued time series are usually encountered in practice, and a variety of integer-valued autoregressive processes based on various thinning operators are commonly used to model these count data with temporal dependence. In this paper,

Rational Use of Herbal Products in Pediatric Patients Treated With Anticancer Drugs in the European Union

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction The use of herbal medical preparation (HMP) is rising among pediatric oncology patients, often to manage treatment‐related symptoms. Their effectiveness remains uncertain, and the risk of herb–drug interactions is underestimated.

Analisis Teoritis dan Empiris Uji Craps dari Diehard Battery of Randomness Test untuk Pengujian Pembangkit Bilangan Acaksemu

open access: yesCauchy: Jurnal Matematika Murni dan Aplikasi, 2013
According to Kerchoffs (1883), the security system should only rely on cryptographic keys which is used in that system. Generally, the key sequences are generated by a Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) or Random Number Generator (RNG).

Automatic Randomness Tests

open access: yesCoRR, 2017
In this paper we define a notion of automatic randomness tests (ART) which capture measure theoretic typicalness of infinite binary sequences within the framework of automata theory. An individual ART is found to be equivalent to a deterministic Büchi automaton recognizing $ω$-language of (Lebesgue) measure zero.

Long‐Term Outcomes of Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Neuroblastoma Treated on ANBL1221: A Report From the Children's Oncology Group

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Results of COG ANBL1221 changed treatment paradigms for patients with relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma. Chemoimmunotherapy with irinotecan/temozolomide/dinutuximab is now used as both bridge therapy following suboptimal response to induction and as treatment in first relapse.

BMT4me En Español: Multisite Feasibility and Usability Testing of a Spanish‐Language mHealth Adherence Support App for Spanish‐Speaking Caregivers of Children After Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cancer Treatment

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Medication nonadherence during the first 100 days after pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and during oncology treatment increases risk for complications. BMT4me is a caregiver‐facing mobile health (mHealth) application providing medication reminders, symptom tracking, and note‐taking features to support ...

Measurable Residual Disease Monitoring During Treatment for Pediatric Acute Myeloid Leukemia in First Relapse

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Survival after relapse in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains poor, highlighting the critical importance of identifying prognostic factors to guide optimal relapse management. Methods We investigated the prognostic impact of multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) measurable residual disease (MRD) in 188 patients with first ...
