Determination of napropamide in rape, rape-seed and rape-straw by HPLC
Fresenius' Zeitschrift für analytische Chemie, 1984A simple and specific quantitative high-pressure liquid-chromatographic method for the analysis of napropamide in rape, rape seeds and rape straw is described. The method is based on a simple extraction step, gel-chromatographic and mini-silicagel column clean-up and separation on a Reversed Phase column with UV-detection.
