Conservation genetics of Iberian raptors

open access: yesAnimal Biodiversity and Conservation, 2011
In this paper I provide an overview of conservation genetics and describe the management actions in the wild that can benefit from conservation genetic studies. I describe the genetic factors of risk for the survival of wild species, the consequences of loss of genetic diversity, inbreeding and outbreeding depression, and the use of genetic tools to ...

Systemic exposure and bioavailability of delgocitinib cream in adults with moderate to severe Chronic Hand Eczema

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.
Delgocitinib cream demonstrated minimal systemic exposure and no significant accumulation over time in patients with moderate to severe CHE. The systemic exposure was significantly lower versus oral administration (relative bioavailability: 0.6%). These findings suggest that no systemic pharmacological effect is expected with topical application of ...

Th2 mRNA gene expression analysis separates Prurigo nodularis into two immune signature groups

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.
Protein expression, histology and RNA analyses were performed from patients with prurigo nodularis (PN). All patients had typical PN characteristics. Lymphocytes/monocytes demonstrated more frequent positive staining signals in lesional versus non‐lesional samples for IL‐31, IL‐31RA, OSM and OSMRb.
