Rare decays of cadmium and tellurium

Physical Review C, 1988
We report on the pulse height spectrum observed with a CdTe detector in a low-background shield. The spectrum is dominated by the T/sub 1/2/approx.10/sup 16/ yr ..beta../sup -/ decay of /sup 113/Cd. Limits are set on the double beta decay of the isotopes /sup 106,114,116/Cd and /sup 128,130/Te, and the prospects for a more sensitive search for this ...

Rare decays

Nuclear Physics B - Proceedings Supplements, 1991
Rare decay experiments have made significant advances in the last several years. Limits on lepton number violating decays of kaons have been tightened. Large samples of strangeness changing neutral current kaon decays have been collected. For several suppressed processes, discovery windows for new physics have been substantially narrowed. Opportunities
