Refining Accelerometer‐Based Animal Behaviour Classifications With Sequence‐Informed Post‐Processing
Machine learning can be used to detect fine‐scale animal behaviours from accelerometer data but even the best model will make prediction errors. Logic‐based post‐processing techniques can be used to correct for those errors, with no additional data or computation.

Novel KPC‐25 and first‐reported KPC‐127 sequentially evolved in one patient under CAZ‐AVI pressure, distinct mutations remodel enzyme activity to drive differential multidrug resistance. ABSTRACT The emergence of novel Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC) variants contributing to clinical treatment failure poses a substantial threat to public ...

Abstract Background Positron emission tomography (PET) plays a critical role in image‐guided radiotherapy by enabling accurate tumor localization and contouring. To account for respiration‐induced anatomical motion, time‐resolved PET imaging is highly desirable, as it captures dynamic anatomical variations to facilitate both disease diagnosis and ...

Lectotypifications and taxonomic changes in the holoparasitic Orobanchaceae
Based on further extensive studies of specimens in various herbaria, lectotypes are designated for many taxa of holoparasitic Orobanchaceae. In particular, 47 names in the genera Boschniakia (incl. Xylanche), Cistanche, Orobanche, Phelipanche and Phelypaea are lectotypified.

Abstract The genus Kartalinia was described to accommodate a single, obscure species, Psoralea acaulis, based on its unique morphology and karyology. No concerted molecular phylogenetic studies were available for this species at the time, and therefore its phylogenetic position was uncertain.

Metabolic Flux and Growth Profiling of Megasphaera cerevisiae for Medium‐Chain Fatty Acid Synthesis
Characterising the metabolism of medium‐chain fatty acids in Megasphaera cerevisiae, based on genome‐scale metabolic modelling and integration with experimental data obtained from controlled bioreactor cultivations. The iterative approach aligns in silico predictions with empirical observations and a refined model was obtained.

Dendrimeric Antigens for Passive Mast Cell Activation in the Evaluation of Amoxicillin Allergy
DeAns with defined nanoscale structure reveal that conjugate size and determinant density govern IgE‐mediated effector‐cell activation in AX allergy. All DeAn generations bind to sIgE in inhibition immunoassay, but only larger DeAns trigger FcεRI‐dependent responses in mouse MC, huRBL‐2H3, and LUVA cells.
