High level ab initio quantum chemical computations with ORCA 6.1.1 are done to derive enthalpy and entropy of formation at 298.15 K for 32 species that include both radicals and stable molecules relevant to the pyrolysis and combustion of pyrrole. The effects of thermochemical data on chemical model performance are assessed.

Abstract This paper examines tax non‐compliance among individuals in Germany who were legally required to file a tax return but failed to do so. Using administrative tax data and simulation‐based analysis, we quantify the financial implications of non‐compliance for approximately 1.5 million affected individuals.
