Power allocation in NOMA with decoding order error of successive interference cancellation [PDF]
In this paper, the decoding order error of successive interference cancellation (SIC) of multicarrier nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA) due to the random walk of the users and position estimation deviation is considered in resource allocation.

Distributed Media Rate Allocation in Multipath Networks [PDF]
The paper addresses the media-specific rate allocation problem in multipath networks. The streaming rate on each path is determined such that the end-to-end media distortion is minimized, when the receiving client aggregates packets received via multiple

Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.

Withdrawal Rates, Savings Rates, and Valuation-Based Asset Allocation [PDF]
While most everyone would agree that valuations matter, the question remains as to whether clients with a long-term outlook (such as those planning for retirement) can hope to act successfully on information about valuations.

Polymorph‐Specific Electronic Transduction in WO3 during Molecular Sensing
Metal‐oxide polymorphs with similar surface chemistry can nevertheless exhibit distinct sensing properties. In γ‐ and ε‐WO3, analyte adsorption appears comparable; yet, only ε‐WO3 induces a pronounced lattice electronic perturbation that accommodates charge in sub‐conduction band minimum states.

Low-complexity resource allocation in rate-constrained OFDMA downlink systems
A resource allocation algorithm with quality of service(QoS) guarantees in a cellular orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA) network is proposed. The algorithm is a modified water-filling algorithm. In the first phase, power and subcarriers ...

Greedy power allocation for multicarrier systems with reduced complexity [PDF]
In this paper we consider a reduced complexity discrete bit loading for Multicarrier systems based on the greedy power allocation (GPA) under the constraints of transmit power budget, target BER, and maximum permissible QAM modulation order.
