Wind Velocity Data Interpolation Using Rational Cubic Spline
Wind velocity data is always having positive value and the minimum value approximately close to zero. The standard cubic spline interpolation (not-a-knot and natural) as well as cubic Hermite polynomial may be produces interpolating curve with negative ...

Efficient Charge Transport in Zero‐Dimensional Perovskite for Ultrahigh‐Sensitivity X‐Ray Detection
A novel mono‐octahedral 0D Bi‐based Dpy3Bi2I12 perovskite strengthens the internal hydrogen bonds and forms a quasi‐2D lattice, exhibits exceptional charge transport and mobility, achieving high X‐ray sensitivity and ultralow‐dose imaging, and setting a new benchmark for 0D detector performance.

Abstract In this descriptive analysis of the 21‐year follow‐up data from the SHIP‐START cohort and the 7‐year follow‐up data from the SHIP‐TREND cohort, we report the progression of clinical attachment levels (CAL), age effects on CAL change, and a detailed description of CAL progression and remission. At baseline, 4307 and 4420 persons participated in

Cranial implants, especially custom made implants, are complex, important and necessary in craniofacial fracture restoration surgery. However, the classical procedure of the manual design of the implant is time consuming and complicated.

A rational cubic spline with tension [PDF]
A rational cubic spline curve is described which has tension control parameters for manipulating the shape of the curve. The spline is presented in both interpolatory and rational B-spline forms, and the behaviour of the resulting representations is ...

A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

An arbitrary mesh network scheme using rational splines [PDF]
A C1 surface scheme is described which interpolates points defined on an arbitrary mesh network. The scheme involves the blending of strip ‘functions’ developed from a rational spline method.

Chirality Transfer via Orientational Order of Micellar Assemblies on Gold Nanocrystals
A mechanism for chiral growth of Au nanocrystals mediated by orientational order of chiral micelles at seed surfaces is demonstrated. 3D electron microscopy and molecular dynamics simulations reveal how alignment of the micelles along crystal directions and torsion–orientation coupling govern chirality transfer, providing a framework to rationalize ...

Shape Preserving Spline Interpolation [PDF]
A rational spline solution to the problem of shape preserving interpolation is discussed. The rational spline is represented in terms of first derivative values at the knots and provides an alternative to the spline-under-tension.

Likelihood-free inference of experimental Neutrino Oscillations using Neural Spline Flows
In machine learning, likelihood-free inference refers to the task of performing an analysis driven by data instead of an analytical expression. We discuss the application of Neural Spline Flows, a neural density estimation algorithm, to the likelihood ...
