Strategies for Loading and Releasing Peptide Therapeutics in Biodegradable Carriers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A biodegradable carrier‐based peptide delivery system is a powerful treatment platform for diverse diseases, owing to its superior therapeutic efficacy and low toxicity. This review examines the conventional peptide‐loaded carrier fabrication process and its current limitations.

External Norms and Rationality of Choice [PDF]

open access: yes
Ever since Sen (1993) criticized the notion of internal consistency of choice, there exists a widespread perception that the standard rationalizability approach to the theory of choice has difficulties in coping with the existence of external norms.

Rationalizable Strategic Behavior [PDF]

open access: yesEconometrica, 1984
Summary: This paper examines the nature of rational choice in strategic games. Although there are many reasons why an agent might select a Nash equilibrium strategy in a particular game, rationality alone does not require him to do so. A natural extension of widely accepted axioms for rational choice under uncertainty to strategic environments ...

Modulating Iridium Electronic Structure With High‐Valent Metal Doping for Efficient and Durable Acidic Oxygen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We synthesized a novel IrCuOx/MnO2 heterostructure co‐doped with high‐valent W and Mo atoms, achieving exceptional acidic stability and high mass activity. Owing to the synergistic effects of structural and electronic modulation, cooperative charge redistribution occurs across both the interface and the lattice.

A note on rationalizability and restrictions on beliefs [PDF]

open access: yes
Rationalizability is a widely accepted solution concept in the study of strategic form game with complete information and is fully characterized in terms of assumptions on the rationality of the players and common certainty of rationality. Battigalli and

Electrolyte Design Strategies for Static Shuttle‐Free and Long‐Life Aqueous Zinc‐Iodine Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review systematically summarizes recent advances in electrolyte design for static aqueous Zn‐I2 batteries, highlighting solvation regulation and interfacial engineering strategies to control reaction kinetics, suppress iodine shuttling, enhance energy density, and stabilize multi‐electron iodine redox chemistry for durable, high‐performance energy

The computational complexity of rationalizing Pareto optimal choice behavior. [PDF]

open access: yes
We consider a setting where a coalition of individuals chooses one or several alternatives from each set in a collection of choice sets. We examine the computational complexity of Pareto rationalizability.
