Bioinspired Adaptive Artificial Cilia With Tunable Sensitivity and Dynamic Range for Airflow Monitoring in the Central Airway

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A magnetically reconfigurable airflow sensor integrated with an airway stent enables tunable sensitivity and dynamic sensing range. Airflow‐induced cantilever deformation generates resistance changes, while an external magnetic field modulates sensor stiffness, enhancing sensitivity at low airflow velocities and extending the sensing range at higher ...

Autonomous Reconfigurable Modular Conductive Hydrogels for Adaptive and Degradable Bioelectronic Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Bridging rigid electrodes with soft, irregular tissues demands more than conductivity alone. Modular conductive hydrogels autonomously reconfigure into conformal electrode‐tissue interfaces, coupling mixed ionic‐electronic conduction with tissue‐like mechanics, self‐healing, and degradability.

TiO2 as Trap Sensitizer for Enhanced Persistent Luminescence in ZnGa2O4:Cr3+ Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Interfacial engineering enables non‐optical charging enhancement in persistent phosphors. By coupling ZGO:Cr nanoparticles with TiO2 through a porous SiO2 interlayer, photogenerated carriers are efficiently transferred and stored in additional trapping states.
