A non‐destructive, quantitative approach has been developed to explore the nanoscale dynamics of TaOx‐based memristive devices. The utilization of nano‐X‐ray fluorescence analysis enables the direct probing of spatially resolved elemental distributions, including those present in buried layers, that are critical for the resistive switching.

Numerical simulation of natural convection in a spherical container due to cooling at the center (idealization of the Lal/Kroes experiment) [PDF]
Natural convection in a spherical container with cooling at the center was numerically simulated using a numerical fluid dynamics computer program. The numerical analysis was simplified by assuming axisymmetric flow in the spherical container, with the ...

Holographic Mapping of Orbital Angular Momentum using a Terahertz Diffractive Optical Neural Network
A compact six‐layer diffractive optical neural network enables direct recognition and spatial mapping of terahertz (THz) orbital angular momentum (OAM) beams. Fabricated by 3D printing, the system distinguishes nine OAM modes and their superpositions with high fidelity, good efficiency, and low crosstalk, offering a scalable solution for THz ...

Device‐Level Implementation of Reservoir Computing With Memristors
Reservoir computing (RC) is an emerging computing scheme that employs a reservoir and a single readout layer, which can be actualized in the nanoscale with memristors. As a comprehensive overview, the principles of RC and the switching mechanisms of memristors are discussed, followed by actual demonstrations of memristor‐based RC and the remaining ...
