Propagation of Rayleigh Wave in a Thermoelastic Solid Half-Space with Microtemperatures
The Rayleigh surface wave is studied at a stress-free thermally insulated surface of an isotropic, linear, and homogeneous thermoelastic solid half-space with microtemperatures.

Asymptotic Theory for Rayleigh and Rayleigh-Type Waves [PDF]
Explicit asymptotic formulations are derived for Rayleigh and Rayleigh-type interfacial and edge waves. The hyperbolic–elliptic duality of surface and interfacial waves is established, along with the parabolic–elliptic duality of the dispersive edge wave on a Kirchhoff plate. The effects of anisotropy, piezoelectricity, thin elastic coatings, and mixed

Flexible Dielectric Acoustic Resonator Patch for Tissue Regeneration
A flexible dielectric acoustic resonator patch enables MHz‐range ultrasound generation through resonance amplification without using piezoelectric materials. Conformal integration on a curved substrate allows efficient acoustic delivery to tissue‐mimicking environments.

We address the inherently weak particle adhesion of conventional air filters by coating a dynamically crosslinked adhesive layer that delivers capillarity‐driven strong adhesion and particle absorption mediated by dynamic bond exchange. The resulting enhancement in particle adhesion enables efficient ultrafast (up to 20 m s−1) and omnidirectional ...

Rayleigh wave nonlinearity [PDF]
The elastic nonlinearity in Rayleigh waves is investigated theoretically. Studies have revealed that nonlinearity in Rayleigh waves involves nonlocal as well as local effects [Parker and Talbot, J. Elast. 15, 389 (1985)]. Finite amplitude effects on sound in fluids are entirely local, and the effects on different wavelets are therefore independent.

Weaving Intelligence: Thermally Drawn Multimaterial Fibers Toward AI‐Enabled Smart Textiles
Thermally drawn multimaterial fibers are rapidly advancing as intelligent structural units for next‐generation smart textiles. Integrating multimaterial architectures with neuromorphic and spiking‐neural‐network principles enables fabrics that can sense, compute, and adapt autonomously.
