Resistively Terminated Active RC Ladder
IETE Journal of Research, 1975An active RC ladder network terminated in resistances at both the input and output ends has been proposed. The design is made simpler by choosing equal values for each type of the element. The method has been illustrated in the case of third order lowpass Chebyshev polynomial.

A new RC active synthesis method is proposed, the active units used being negative-impedance convertors (n.i.c.s.). Any driving-point immittance, specified as a rational function with real coefficients, may be realised by an RC active ladder structure. These results can also be adapted to the realisation of arbitrary (rational) transfer functions.

Delay time bounds for RC ladder networks
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Fundamental Theory and Applications, 1996For an n-cell RC ladder network with capacitive load, we define the delay time as a global switching time, and we find upper and lower bounds for it.

Realization of maximum-gain RC ladder networks
IEEE Transactions on Circuit Theory, 1970This correspondence presents a method for the realization of a maximum gain RC ladder with prescribed z_{11} and z_{12} parameters. The quantities R_{max}/R_{min} and C_{max}/C_{min} , which give the permissible spread on the element values, are also investigated as design parameters.

RC ladder realizations with equal‐valued capacitors
International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, 1976AbstractThe synthesis of RC low‐pass ladder networks with equal‐valued capacitors is studied. By using congruence transformation, a systematic method is advanced to generate an equivalent two‐port in which as many capacitor values as possible are equalized.

Cost function minimization in RC ladder networks
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, 1976For a canonic RC ladder network realized from specified two-port parameters, a proper transformation is applied so as to generate a family of equivalent networks in which the total resistance, total capacitance, and the gain vary continuously with respect to a single variable.

Comments on "Delay time bounds for RC ladder networks"
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Fundamental Theory and Applications, 1998Summary: The results in \textit{C. A. Marinov} and \textit{P. N. Shivakumar} [ibid. 43, 613-614 (1996)] concerning upper and lower bounds for the delay time for an \(n\)-cell RC ladder network with capacitive load are improved.
