Climate Predictions for Ludhiana District of Indian Punjab under RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5
Climate change poses significant threats to global food security and water resources. In a present study, a Global Climate Model HAD GEM2-ES under RCPs 4.5 and 8.5 was used for climate prediction study. The study spanned 46 years of baseline (1970-2015) as well as two future periods’ mid-century (MC) (2020-2050) and end century EC (2060-2090).

Employing adaptive fuzzy computing for RCP intelligent control and fault diagnosis
Loss of coolant accident (LOCA), loss of fluid accident (LOFA), and loss of vacuum accident (LOVA) are the most severe accidents that can occur in nuclear power reactors (NPRs).

Impact of climate change on the streamflow of the Arjo-Didessa catchment under RCP scenarios
In this study, the impact of climate change on the streamflow of the Arjo-Didessa catchment, Upper Blue Nile basin, is evaluated. We used the outputs of four climate models for two representative concentration pathway (RCP) climate scenarios, which are

TP53 is the most frequently mutated gene in cancers. Mutations lead to loss of p53 expression or expression of a mutant protein. Mutant p53 proteins commonly lose wild-type function, but can also acquire novel functions in promoting metastasis and ...

RCP: a novel probe design bias correction method for Illumina Methylation BeadChip [PDF]
MOTIVATION The Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip has been extensively utilized in epigenome-wide association studies. This array and its successor, the MethylationEPIC array, use two types of probes-Infinium I (type I) and Infinium II (type II)-in ...
