Electromagnetic scattering by layered cylinders --- low frequency reduction of RCS [PDF]
, 2015 In this paper we present two different ways of reducing the radar cross section (RCS) of thin metallic wires at low frequencies. This reduction is achieved by adding a dielectric coating on the wire.

Propellants, Explosives, Pyrotechnics, EarlyView.This study presents an alternative method to manufacture polymer‐bonded explosives by partially curing an HTPB‐based molding powder prior to compaction. The study shows that the length of partial cure time before compaction directly influenced the geometric fidelity, homogeneity, compressive strength, density, and internal microstructure.
