A Method for Noise Reduction in Active-$RC$ Circuits
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2011A method for noise reduction in active-RC circuits is introduced. It is shown that the output noise in an active-RC circuit can be considerably reduced, without disturbing the circuit transfer function by inserting appropriate passive or active components in the circuit.

Two simple cloaking configurations that can be used for reducing the Radar Cross Section (RCS) of cylindrical metal objects are presented in this paper. The RCS reduction is accomplished by covering the objects with two different cloaking surfaces i.e.

Monostatic RCS reduction at mmWaves
2015 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference (APMC), 2015This article presents the design of planar dielectric non-absorptive surfaces for monostatic Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction at mmWaves. The proposed planar surfaces are composed of only dielectric unit cells that are designed in such away to exhibit 0o reflection phases at 71GHz and 88GHz, respectively.

Realizable Reduction of $RC$ Networks
IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, 2007In this paper, we develop from various points of view the time-constant equilibration reduction (TICER) algorithm, a circuit-reduction method that converts a given network into a smaller network (one with fewer nodes and branches) by eliminating nodes that have few neighbors and small nodal time constants. Advantages of TICER include: great efficiency,

RC-In-RC-Out model order reduction via node merging
2016 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), 2016In this paper, we introduce a method for realizable reduction of extracted RC netlists by merging nodes. This method can achieve high reduction (reaching 96%) with high accuracy and can be used to complement existing techniques of realizable reduction such as TICER [6]. The method preserves sparsity; has controllable accuracy and can result in lossless

Splitting of RC-network for accurate model reduction
Proceedings. The 16th International Conference on Microelectronics, 2004. ICM 2004., 2005Reduction of an extracted RC-network is an important pre-processing step for techniques such as timing and crosstalk noise analysis of VLSI circuit. In a previous paper, we have described a method for reducing an RC-network to a simplified circuit.

DARSI: RC data reduction (VLSI simulation)
IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, 1991Taking into account RC effects in VLSI simulation and verification systems, without seriously degrading their efficiency, requires preliminary data reduction. A tool, DARSI (data reduction system for interconnects), that can handle both polysilicon and diffusion resistive effects is presented. It contains the reduction scheme described by S.-L.

RCS REDUCTION BY USING RANDOM SCATTERERS
Journal of Electromagnetic Waves and Applications, 2004A useful method for monostatic RCS reduction of unavoidable shapes in desired frequency bandwidth and angle range is proposed. The proposed method is based on the concept of the random scatterer for RCS reduction and the genetic algorithm for optimization. PO, MEC, and SBR methods are used to obtain RCS.

A Coding Diffuse Metasurface for RCS Reduction
IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters, 2017In this letter, a coding diffuse metasurface for radar cross section (RCS) reduction is designed, simulated, and measured. First, two kinds of artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) unit cell are analyzed, and 5 × 5 AMC unit cells construct metamaterials block.

Conformal Metasurface for Wideband RCS Reduction
2020 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Workshop Series on Advanced Materials and Processes for RF and THz Applications (IMWS-AMP), 2020A cylindrical conformal metasurface is introduced for wideband RCS reduction, utilizing the optimized multielement phase cancellation. The metasurface is divided into eight regions containing a total of 40 lattices that are printed on a cylindrically curved ground plane.
