Abstract We analyse the general equilibrium implications of introducing a universal basic income (UBI) for employment and income in an economy characterized by involuntary unemployment. Our framework allows tax revenues and workers' reservation wages to adjust endogenously with employment to satisfy the government's budget constraint.

Abstract Background The two largest US blood collection organizations led a multiphased, multicenter nationwide SARS‐CoV‐2 blood donor‐based serosurveillance program. Effects of cold water immersion versus active recovery on oxidative stress, redox gene expression and mitochondrial adaptations after strength training

Abstract We compared the acute and chronic effects of postexercise cold water immersion (CWI) and active recovery (ACT) on oxidative stress, redox‐related gene expression, mitochondrial adaptations and muscle oxidative capacity. In a crossover study, nine males completed strength sessions, followed by either 10 min CWI or ACT.

Greater Cochlear Damage in Otogenic Versus Meningogenic Meningitis: Hearing Rehabilitation Implications

DUSP12 Regulates NAT10‐Mediated RNA Acetylation to Modulate DNA Repair and Therapeutic Response in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

In hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells exposed to doxorubicin, DUSP12 depletion maintains NAT10 phosphorylation, reducing its acetyltransferase activity, which leads to reduced ac4C RNA acetylation, DNA damage response, and DNA break repair, with consequent tumor sensitization.
