Pasta, a Versatile Transcriptomic Clock, Maps the Chemical and Genetic Determinants of Aging and Rejuvenation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Pasta is a transcriptomic aging clock built on an age‐shift learning framework and trained on 17 000 samples across 21 datasets. It accurately predicts relative biological age across tissues, platforms, and species, captures stemness‐to‐senescence transitions, and identifies age‐modulatory perturbations.

NÕUKOGUDE FAKTORIST EESTI 12. MÄRTSI 1934. AASTA RIIGIPÖÖRDES; pp. 73–104 [PDF]

open access: yesActa Historica Tallinnensia, 2010
On vaadeldud, milline oli Nõukogude Liidu roll Eestis 12. märtsil 1934 toimunud riigipöördes. Vaatluse all on järgmised küsimused: kuidas suhtus Nõukogude Liit 1933. aastal ja 1934. aasta algul Eesti erakondadesse?

Effect of Manitoba-Grown Red-Osier Dogwood Extracts on Recovering Caco-2 Cells from H2O2-Induced Oxidative Damage

open access: yesAntioxidants, 2019
Red-osier dogwood, a native species of flowering plant in North America, has been reported to have anti-oxidative properties because of abundant phenolic compounds; this could be promising as a functional food or a feed additive. In the present study, an

Diffusion Coefficient and Viscosity of Methyl Viologen Electrolyte Estimation Based on a Kinetic Monte Carlo Computational Approach Coupled with the Mean Square Displacement Method

open access: yesBatteries &Supercaps, Volume 8, Issue 3, March 2025.
A novel and comprehensive 3D‐resolved kinetic Monte Carlo model coupled with mean square displacement analysis is introduced. This computational approach allows to explore, for the first time, the concentration and the state of charge effects on ionic diffusion coefficient and viscosity in methyl viologen‐based electrolytes used in organic redox flow ...

Recessed Microelectrodes as a Platform to Investigate the Intrinsic Redox Process of Prussian Blue Analogs for Energy Storage Application

open access: yesBatteries &Supercaps, Volume 8, Issue 3, March 2025.
A microelectrochemical analytical tool is proposed for the accelerated evaluation of the intrinsic electrochemical performance of Prussian‐blue analogues as solid active materials in Na+‐based batteries. By confining the solid active material inside a recessed microelectrode, accelerated voltammetric and galvanostatic cycling at high C‐rate become ...
