Critical Domain Problem for the Reaction–Telegraph Equation Model of Population Dynamics
A telegraph equation is believed to be an appropriate model of population dynamics as it accounts for the directional persistence of individual animal movement.

Entropy of scalar reaction-diffusion equations [PDF]
We consider scalar reaction-diffusion equations on bounded and extended domains, both with the autonomous and time-periodic nonlinear term. We discuss the meaning and implications of the ergodic Poincaré-Bendixson theorem to dynamics. In particular, we show that in the extended autonomous case, the space-time topological entropy is zero.

Creep‐Induced Microstructural Evolution in an A2‐B2 Superalloy
A 27.3Ta‐27.3Mo‐27.3Ti‐8Cr‐10Al (at.%) refractory high‐entropy alloy with precipitation‐strengthened A2‐B2 microstructure was studied by creep tests at 1030°C, which demonstrate a transition in deformation mechanisms in the range of 100–150 MPa applied stress. This is associated with changes in dislocation–precipitate interactions. Relevant deformation

Creep Properties and Deformation Mechanism of Additively Manufactured NiAl‐CrMo Composites
Additively manufactured NiAl‐CrMo composites contain numerous interfaces and cell boundaries that control their creep response. At 700°C under high applied stress, creep is dominated by dislocation‐controlled power‐law mechanisms. At 800°C–900°C and lower stresses, creep is primarily diffusion‐controlled along cell boundaries.

Difference approximations of "reaction - diffusion" equation on a segment
The system of phase differences for a chain of diffuse weakly coupled oscillators on a stable integral manifold is constructed and analysed. It is shown by means of numerical methods that as the number of oscillators in the chain increases, the Lyapunov ...
