CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

Clinical performance of the urine‐based TERT promoter AbsoluteQ Digital PCR for non‐invasive detection of bladder cancer

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Abstract A survey of the potential application of a range of carbenes as the reactive intermediates for the irreversible attachment of a dye to its substrate has been undertaken. A dye, modified with a carbene precursor, has been subjected to laser photolysis, and shown to insert with low efficiency into alcoholic solvents.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages

MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created
