Macular rotation and reading acuity.
JAPANESE ORTHOPTIC JOURNAL, 2001 近年、黄斑変性症に対して中心窩移動術が行われており、術後の視力についての報告も増えてきた。日常生活において読書能力は重要であるが、黄斑変性症の患者の中には、視力と読書能力が一致しない者が少なくない。今回我々は、1999年2月から14か月の間に当科にて中心窩移動術を受け、術前後に検査が可能であった31例を対象に、術前および術後4か月以降(平均7.9月)に遠見視力、近見視力、MNREAD-Jによる臨界文字サイズと読書視力を測定し、比較検討を行ったので報告する。結果、術前後の遠見視力・近見視力ともに有意な変化はなく、臨界文字サイズと読書視力は改善する傾向にあった。また、術前後の遠見・近見視力の変化に対して読書能力の変化を検討したところ、遠見視力の変化(平均-0.03±0.44)に対して臨界文字サイズの変化(
