Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).

Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.This paper proposes a highly efficient ferroelectric artificial synapse device based on an oxide semiconductor and SnCl2‐inserted P(VDF‐TrFE) gate dielectric layer. This FeFET significantly improved the synaptic performance due to the ion‐dipole interaction.

Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.Direct channel implantation of B and BF2 ions was employed to fabricate amorphous IGZO TFTs with improved electrical and stability properties. B and BF2 implantation modulate oxygen vacancies within the IGZO channel. The field‐effect mobility of ion‐implanted IGZO TFTs was enhanced as compared to pristine IGZO TFTs.
